POLICY UPDATE

Photography and Video Recording Policy

Due to the number of recent complaints, we have decided that starting from 24/12/23, a new photography and video recording policy will be in place.

Group Lesson - Child Protection, Social, and Religious Reasons:

In consideration of child protection, social dynamics, and religious sensitivities, we strictly prohibit photography or video recording during group lessons.

Private Lessons Exception:

In private lessons where no other riders are in the shot, recording is permitted solely for educational purposes. However, these recordings must exclude instructors and any members of staff.

Videos and pictures captured during private lessons for educational use must not be posted on any social media platform in any format.

GoPro and Other Recording Devices:

In adherence to the updated safety standards of the British Horse Society (BHS), any wearable recording devices (used in lessons and hacks) is also prohibited.

Horses, staff and yard

For the safety of our horses, staff and the security of our yard, no photos or videos are permitted anywhere on the yard, including individual horse stables.

Enforcement:

Failure to comply with this policy may result in appropriate action, including the deletion of recordings and photos removal from the premises and closing the riding account.

Cooperation and Understanding:

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all participants. This policy aims to ensure our clients' and staff's well-being and privacy.
